They reached out to KSE IOM consulting project to help them design a growth strategy and continue to build their business despite the challenges they face. Through consultations with KSE Consultants, Family Loofa was able to develop a financial model for effective loofah farming business growth and explore partnership and franchise options. This case study showcases the sustainable agriculture practices employed by Family Loofa and the growth strategy that helped them expand their micro family business into a network of eco-enthusiasts growing loofah and making a profit.

As I review the details of the volunteer consulting initiative launched by the Kyiv School of Economics, I'm struck by the positive response it has received from businesses and organizations across Ukraine. With 58 total applications received so far, the initiative has clearly struck a chord with those seeking support and guidance in these challenging times. Of those who applied, 37 completed detailed questionnaires and 28 were contacted for introductory calls. From there, 23 applicants were ultimately selected to receive further consultations - an impressive 82% selection rate.

As an MBA student, I have the privilege of joining the initiative as an observer and witnessing firsthand how KSE experts are making a significant impact.
